Zhang Faxi, Co-founder of Leiqing Technology, hails from Guangdong Dingnuo Audio Technology Co., Ltd., a highly renowned audio enterprise in China. He personally serves as the Chief R&D Engineer of Leiqing Technology. 

With nearly 30 years of in-depth dedication to the acoustics field, he has led his team to overcome countless technical difficulties in microphone R&D, spearheaded the development of multiple industry-benchmark audio products, and cracked core technical bottlenecks including microphone noise reduction and high-fidelity audio transmission. 

According to relevant statistics, as of 2024, Dingnuo’s products have penetrated over 90% of the in-car karaoke market and more than 63% of the mid-to-high-end KTV entertainment market. He has led the research and development of over 20 products that have been nominated as benchmark products and become blockbuster hits in their respective market segments.

Qiu Hongcai, Co-founder of Leiqing Technology, is a senior expert with nearly a decade of in-depth experience in the audio equipment industry. He previously served as Business Director at a well-established medium-to-large microphone manufacturer.

During his tenure, he successfully led the acquisition of core purchase orders from world-renowned enterprises including BYD, Sony and Hikvision, and gained a thorough grasp of the stringent quality and service requirements demanded by major clients.

With profound insights into the entire value chain of the audio industry, he can accurately pinpoint the genuine demands and pain points of professional users and the live streaming ecosystem regarding audio equipment. Blessed with keen foresight into industry trends and an unwavering commitment to innovation and quality, he co-founded Leiqing Technology.

At the helm of the company, he has embedded the proven operational experience and rigorous quality control standards accumulated from serving global top-tier brands into Leiqing Technology’s corporate DNA. Leading a dynamic young team, he focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of live streaming microphones, headsets and microphone stands.
